  • How can I become a volunteer at the Nederlandse Loterij ISU World Short Track Championships 2024?

    There’s no event without volunteers! More information about volunteering will be available soon.

  • How do I get to Rotterdam Ahoy?

    The Adress of Rotterdam Ahoy is:
    Ahoyweg 10, 3084BA Rotterdam.

    Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible by public transport (the Zuidplein metro and bus station is a 5-minute walk away), but (shared) bikes or (shared) scooters are also an option. This way, you can get to Ahoy quickly and green. Plan your route using Google maps or the NS Reisplanner if you are travelling by public transport. Check your arrival at Ahoy here.

    Note! Please take the following into account: The Beneluxtunnel will be closed from 15 March 2024 21:00 until 18 March 2024 5:00 towards Rotterdam-Noord/Den Haag due to works. Plan your journey in good time and use public transport where possible.

  • Is smoking allowed in Rotterdam Ahoy?

    Smoking is not allowed at Rotterdam Ahoy.

  • From what time is the stadium accessible?

    The doors of the stadium will open for public visitors 1 hour before the start of the first match.  

  • Where and when will the Nederlandse Loterij ISU World Short Track Championships 2024 take place?

    The Nederlandse Loterij ISU World Short Track Championships 2024 will take place on 15, 16 and 17 March 2023 in Rotterdam Ahoy.

  • Is there stuff that is not allowed to bring to the stadium?

    It is not allowed to bring in folding chairs, cool boxes etc., canned drinks, glass of plastic.

    Furthermore, objects that in the opinion of security, danger or nuisance can cause may not be taken inside. Professional video and film recording equipment in the stadium is not allowed. It is allowed to take photographs with a camera with a maximum lens size of 70mm.

  • Are there any other activities besides the Short Track matches?
    The organisation takes several scenarios into account, varying from a World Short Track Championships without an audience to a World Short Track Championships without restrictions. Depending on the measures in place at that time, there will be many or few side events.
  • Are the ranking sessions on Saturday and Sunday open to the public?

    For those in possession of a ticket for the main sessions on Saturday and/or Sunday, it is possible to attend the ranking sessions. Please note! During the ranking sessions, your seat number on your ticket does not apply, it only applies during the main sessions. During the ranking sessions, you have to take your seat at the place assigned by the organisation. After the ranking sessions you will be asked to leave the stadium again.

  • Can I smoke in the stadium?

    Smoking is not allowed inside the stadium. Smoking is also not allowed around Rotterdam Ahoy.

  • Are there lockers available in Ahoy?

    For your personal belongings, lockers are available for a fee. Upon entering, you can easily use a locker. QR codes and explanations are available on site. Bringing in objects larger than an A4 sheet is not allowed. We advise you not to bring them inside.

  • Are there any tickets left for Saturday 16 March 2024?

    No, there are no more tickets on sale for Saturday 16 March 2024. Tickets are still available for Friday 15 March 2024.

  • Are there any tickets left for Sunday 17 March 2024?

    No, there are no more tickets on sale for Sunday 17 March 2024. Tickets are still available for Friday 15 March 2024.

  • Do you expect any tickets to be released for Saturday/Sunday?

    No, we do not expect this.

  • Apart from the official website, is there another site where I can buy tickets?

    Buying tickets via any route other than the official website is at your own risk.

  • I do not see the day in the confirmation e-mail.

    If you do not see it, please send an email to shorttrack@tigsports.nl.

  • Can I buy VIP tickets?

    These are only available for Friday.

  • Are passe partouts still available?

    No, these are sold out.

  • When will I receive my tickets?

    No later than 2 weeks in advance.

  • Are there any disabled spots left for the weekend?

    No, these are sold out.

  • Are the prices of the tickets per day per event?

    The ticket prices are per day and include service costs. 

  • Can I copy my ticket?

    The E-tickets have a unique barcode. The ticket can only be scanned once at the entrance of an event. So, it doesn’t make sense to copy or resell the tickets. 

  • Can the tickets be scanned on my smartphone?

    Yes, that’s possible. E-tickets can be scanned directly from a smartphone. For sustainability reasons, please do not print the ticket. Set the brightness of your smartphone screen to maximum. This makes it easier to scan the tickets. 

  • I bought a ticket for the ISU World Short Track Championships, what now?
    The purchased tickets remain valid in Dordrecht. If the public is not allowed, the Ticket Holders will get their money back. 
  • I bought a ticket, but I no longer want to go. What now?

    If you no longer wish to go to the Nederlandse Loterij ISU World Short Track Championships 2024, you can get a refund of your ticket by contacting CM.com at support.tickets@cm.com.

  • I bought the wrong ticket, can I change it?

    It is not possible to change tickets and/or request a refund. 

  • I can’t open my tickets, what can I do?

    You need Adobe Reader to open the tickets. If you don’t have Adobe Reader yet or the ticket is unreadable in your version, we advise to download a recent version of Adobe Reader here.

  • I have a question about my ticket, where can I find the answer?

    On the ticket page there is a FAQ about tickets. If your question is not listed there, please contact support.tickets@cm.com

  • I see different prices for the tickets for ice skate events on the internet, how is that possible?

    There are several websites where they resell tickets. Unfortunately, the organisation has no influence on this. The only official tickets sales channel for the ISU World Short Track Championships is wkshorttrack.nl

  • I’m in a wheelchair, what kind of ticket should I order?

    There will be special wheelchair places for people in a wheelchair. You can choose for a wheelchair ticket in the ticketshop. There is one attendant per person in a wheelchair is allowed on the wheelchair stand. An attendant must order his or hers own ticket, which is called ‘attendant’. This ticket is also available in the ticketshop.

  • What is a Passe Partout?

    A Passe Partout will give entrance to all days of the ISU World Short Track Championships. A Passe Partout is more advantageous than four separate tickets. 

  • What is ‘weet waar je koopt’?

    The website weetwaarjekoopt.nl warns against reselling tickets for higher prices than the original price. For more information, you can visit their website. 

  • What time do the doors of Ahoy open?

    The doors will open an hour and a half in advance for the main sessions and the interactive programme will start half an hour beforehand. For the ranking sessions, the doors will open half an hour beforehand. Please note! After the ranking sessions you will be asked to leave the stadium again, the ticket must be scanned again for the main sessions. There is a no re-entry policy here, so once inside is no going back out. At the main entrance it is indicated which entrance to take to find your spot.
