Disabled

Rotterdam Ahoy has many facilities for disabled visitors. For example, there is a cab stop near the main entrance that disabled visitors can use by being dropped off. There are plenty of parking spaces for disabled visitors in the large parking lot, which is also right next to the main entrance (a parking space costs €19). Furthermore, in Rotterdam Ahoy, and thus also in the Ahoy Arena, there are elevators to all levels. Toilets are adapted and equipped with alarms. Lastly, a wheelchair can be borrowed at the porter’s lodge upon presentation of identification.

There are special facilities for wheelchair users. However, you must indicate clearly when purchasing your ticket that you wish to use the special wheelchair spaces. Wheelchair spaces are located, depending on the seating arrangements in the Ahoy Arena and RTM Stage, on a wheelchair platform in front of the grandstand or on the floor. Each disabled visitor can sit together with one valid person on the wheelchair platform. This person is primarily responsible for the well-being of the disabled person. The accompanying person must also possess an access card. Users of the wheelchair spaces can use the same entrance as other visitors.
